Troubleshooting is all about analysing and solving problems you have. This guide will help you to resolve complications you might encounter; this can be quicker than waiting for help, and will build your confidence in dealing with unknown situations and technology.

Many issues encountered with key tools can be resolved with these steps:

  • Make sure you're using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser.
  • Clear your cookies and cache.
  • Adjust your cookie settings (for Google Chrome)
  • Disable any ad-blockers
