Have you had a great idea to improve the Library and Archives but not known what to do with it? LibInspo, our student-led innovation competition, is your chance to tell us. The winning idea will receive a prize of £1,000 and we’ll work with you to introduce it to the Library and Archives. You have from Monday 14 January until midnight Sunday 3 February to submit ideas.

Plan ahead by booking your study space

Student sitting in a laptop chairThe Library has a range of study spaces to book in advance, so you won't miss out on getting your favourite space. You can book an individual or group study room up to a month in advance using our online calendar.

You can also use our seating availability updates to see where to find a seat in the Library - either online or on one of our display screens when you arrive.

If you're looking for a PC, use our online tool to check availability across campus, and remember that there are lots of alternative study spaces in departments and colleges.
